My first experience with All Nippon Airways business class was a wonderful delight. Although there is some room for improvement in terms of hardware (e.g. the seat), the Japanese’s commitment to impeccable service simply shone through during the entire flight. Firstly, the flight attendants were warm and attentive. As for the food menu, the Japanese and International selection were pretty much perfect, even though my flight was fairly short. In fact, the variety of drinks offered was one of the most comprehensive selections that I have seen in any airlines.
Route: Haneda, Japan (HND) to Hong Kong (HKG)
Seat: 8G
Plane: Boeing 777-300
Welcome drink: Aromatic Kabosu + rice crackers
Main course:
Rice with baby sardine in sancho pepper, curry-flavored fried yellowtail
Squid cod and shark roe sandwich
Rice cake sprinkled with sugar and soybean powder
Many more small items to go
For the dessert: Green tea + vanilla ice cream!
wait a minute. you flew business class and you still prefer a better seat comfort? seriously? is it not much better than the economy class seat?
Hmm, maybe my comparison is to the business class in other airlines, such as SQ or CX. but of course, business class seat is always much better than economy class seat. 🙂 🙂
