Good food but bad customer service – that’s the big problem in Hong Kong. Every year I went back to Hong Kong to visit my in-laws and have not see the customers services been upgraded. Sad!!!
That’s a real problem in HKG, customer service is still a gray area to handle! 😛

this seems to be the craze these days. tried one from singapore, given by a cousin, but i wasn’t impressed.
If there is a long queue, i will not waste my time on this hahaha TWB
