It was one of those days in Doha when the weather; being friendly for a few months before its awful summer season, started again that I decided to visit Museum of Islamic Art in the Qatari capital. Despite the vast collection of the Islamic art displayed in the museum, I was more thrilled by the unusual architectural design in the museum’s interiors and exteriors. The strategic location of the museum overlooking the Doha skyline is just a darling for any photography buff!
yea, the building of the museum look fantastic and amazing beautiful capture
Thanks a lot! 🙂

Amazing photos!
I haven’t been there yet myself but I think I should put it as a priority to visit. 🙂
Thanks a lot! There are not much things to do in Doha, so this definitely be the priority. 🙂 🙂

that’s surprisingly modern.
I think Doha is very much influenced by the western culture in the sense of architecture! 🙂

I have some friends working in Qatar, but none of them share about this museum. I think I should forward this post to them, so they have another idea to spend their weekend. Thanks for share Lex, great captures anyway 🙂
Thanks Bart,
Thanks a lot! I think most people never been to this museum because they might not be fans of art and architecture! 😛 😛
